m3 ds real problem

My m3 wont recognize any firmware.

It displays once i turn the ds on:
"Language: English
System file not found
Put system file in"

I've downloaded lots of different firmwares, but neither work.

 

Back up your microSD and format it with the PanasonicSD Formatter.
