Breed a Pokemon, hatch the egg. Bam. Ditto is prime for breeding generic Pokemon with nothing special. After the fourth or fifth gym the day care center gains the ability to take a second Pokemon, then it is just like every generation before it with the exception of the first gen, and the fact that eggs hatched Level 5 Pokemon in the second gen.
There are ways to breed out later evolutions. You have to breed just the right way though. The breeding system is tricky. Look up combinations to get what you want. Due to the (J) version, many people have already figured out many good combinations for egg moves and such.
what is sinnoh is asking is impossible, they are asking for hacked pokemon on gts, basically they want an evolution form at lvl. 1 @sinnoh: like i said, they are doing that to clutter GTS up >__>
sorry, but if you look around on GTS their are some people asking for Lv. 9 and under reshiram also >__> which really gets under my skin
The GTS should have limitations. Also, remember, I said there were ways, I didn't say they were necessarily legitimate.
yeah, but with black and white, you can no longer trade hacks through GTS i have tested with a Pokemon that was edited with pokesav, everything except what lvl it was caught and what lvl it was, then tried to trade on there and it wont allow it >__>

What sort of things don't go through? So far, the only ones I've gotten rejected are ones with Dream World abilities, legal or not. But yeah, I HATE IT when those bastards ask for things that are impossible, like level 9 Zekrom. That shouldn't even be an option. lol
I don't think those are really fair trades. I mean, I could give you what you need and I wouldn't really care what you traded me. :/
ok, when edited right Pokesav: edited a reshiram lv. 9 was what lvl it was caught changed the lv. also * this gives the error in the wifi GTS * Pokegen: did the same as above but that went through got me a shiny pidove off of there XD i don't know what the difference is in-between the files but apparantly Nintendo doesn't like pokesav x__x
