LP-8187E Wireless Lan USB 2.0 Adapter with Antenna

    Hello, I'm having trouble with this device I bought from CDR King. I already installed the software, turned off the fire wall, and put it in "access point" mode so that I can turn by DSL connection to wi fi for me to play my DS online.

    As of now, it states that it has limited or no connectivity when I turn it to "access point" mode...can someone help?

    access point mode means it is expecting to connect to an access point, not that it is behaving as one.

    Well it's hard to explain but this usb can 1. Act as a "station" where it can find wi fi signals to connect to and 2. Act as an "access point" where it will be the source of the wi fi signal for consoles like the ds to connect to. Really, that's what is written in the program..
