Alright. So, I'm able to make my save file and choose my game. Problem is - During the first cutscene for Link to the past, I get a Fatal error "Rom-image has crashed."
What can I do to fix this? Thanks in advance. :)

hm well...perhaps its the rom itself? did u try to get a new one? ..or do you get this message only in loz or in other games as well?

Might be the rom. This has happened before, but it was easily fixed by changing a few settings. Usually happens on NDS roms, though. First time it's happened on any GBA roms.

Tried a different ROM, but it still crashes. Any suggestions?

What emulator and version are you using?

Make sure you are using the latest version.

It's not the rom if it's from here-except for hack-patching-they are ready for play :)

I never had that happen on no$gba 2.6.

For GBA games, in case you are using an emulator, try out VisualBoyAdvance.

2.6a should work fine. If not, use VBA, any other issues, read https://www.romulation.org/forum/index.php?topic=6326.0
