Hello, I'm looking for good top down view racing games for GBA and DS these are the ones which I have tried: GBA: Racing Gear Advance Karnaaj Rally :-[ Micro Machines V3 :-[ Super Sprint (in a compilation cartridge) DS: GTA: Chinatown Wars (not really belongs to same category, but still better than any other one) The Arashi No Drift Rally (Japanese release - I think they will release this one as TOP GEAR DOWNFORCE in US) :-[ Micro Machines V4 are there any other games that I might be missing ?

I really like the free ride of Midnight Club Street Racin (gba). now I'll try the GTA (gba version) to see if it's better. topdown games are really lost their popularity over time... nobody cares them anymore I just need a good old school top down racer ^^ edit: unfortunately I couldn't make GTA work on my PSP by using emulator. I'll try all those topdown gba racers and I'll buy the most suitable one for me for my gb micro. in this case I will be unable to try GTA, but if players recommends it a lot, then I will buy it instead of my favorite, which is "Racing Gear Advance" so far. btw, thank you for suggesting "midnight club gba" I didn't know there is a midnight club for GBA system

Mario Kart is a nice and fun game. I like it even I don't like racing games except topdowns. yes, it's the japanese release of upcoming TopGear DownForce. I think they have just edited the intro part of that video. romulation has the Japanese version. I tried and really enjoyed, still I would be more happy to have a US version 0967 - Simple DS Series Vol. 13 - Ijoukishou Wo Tsuppashire - The Arashi No Drift Rally - Japan.
thank you all for your nice suggestions. I have checked all of the available games and I have decided to get Racing Gear Advance for my GBA system. I already have the GTA: Chinatown Wars for DS and I will have 2 decent top down race games to enjoy. I hope to find that old Racing Gear Advance game cartridge in a game store. ^^
