Looking for horror anime

ok, im tired of trying to find normal horror movies that could give me a good chill when i watch them, so im turning to horror anime to get that thrill

main one i ordered when i saw it online was claymore, i really got into that series, so i would like to hear your recommendations for horror anime

 

no one ?? oh come on i know there is a few RomU members that like those horror animes

 

Honestly, I cant think of any "Horror" anime. At least, none that are actually scary.

Higurashi no naku koro ni
Elfen Lied
Le Portrait de Petit Cossette ( though this is just more disturbing than horror ).

 

i have seen elfen lied and let me tell you, that was a hell of an anime O.O the MC in there was twisted

but i will look for the others ones you mention, peach ^_^

 

gotta say peach, i sat down and watched le potrait last night and this morning and well i got to say, i LOVE it, had a chill down my spine watching it
