    Hello!

I tend to like games that are like Ace Attorney, Hotel Dusk, Sim type games and even some of the cheesy dating sim games.

What games can you recommend that are like these with a decent storyline to follow?

    Thanks! ;D

Try out Runaway - The Dream of the Turtle
For me a little to much storyline, but if you like...

trauma center is NOT a storyline game. it has a story, but it's not as text-driven as the ace attorney series, hotel dusk, etc.

i dont see any differ, you still read alot if text explaining the story\plot\character, explore around, investigate and make some decision, just like Ace Attorney and Hotel Dusk, although trauma center in the wrong mind set can be alittle "pervert"

    1. TC revolves around operating people. You can basically skip the dialogues and you'll still be able to beat the game. AA and HD revolves around talking to people and investigating. You skip it, you're basically clueless.
    2. Just because there's a dialogue involved in a game doesn't mean it's a text-driven game.

not really, operating is only a part of the game play, much like finding evident in AA or decorating the christmas tree in DH. TC is much like AA or DS but it only focus on medical rather then mystery, but they all have the same structure in gamplay wise.

    - AA require you to use the provided clue to make the most logical deduction of what really happen
    - DH require you to finding clue and solving puzzle to find out the true behind the Hotel
    - TC require you to find out whats wrong with the patient and fix that patient

    Thank you for the recommendations!

Trying "Time Hollow" now and so far I really like it! Thank you!

Next I will go for "Runaway - The Dream of the Turtle". Thank you for that as well!

I tried 'Trauma Center" a while ago and it blew IMO. I agree with zangief. It is not really a "story line" game (and the story was major lame) but thank you for the rec!

I really appreciate any and all replies! (^_^)

Yeah Time Hollow seems good but once you finish it you'll probably go "what the heck?" If you liked Hotel Dusk (good game taste you have hehe) you should try Trace Memory from the same company, not so bad. If you wanna play some on other consoles or emulators you should really try Snatcher for the sega-cd it,s a great text/graphical adventure game. Also on the psp you got Harvey Birdman Attorney at Law wich is a rip off of Phoenix Wright (made with the same engine) it's short but kinda funny if you're into these kind of cartoons.

    Hope that helps :)

lol harvey birdman? sounds like a total ripoff to me!

ahh the things sony would do to imitate nintendo's success.. pathetic really.

Yeah Zangief, like i said it is made by capcom with the PW engine and is really a mock up of the game it doesn't take itself too seriously either and it's very short, it's not really a rip-off or attempt to imitate nintendo, play it, you'll understand ;)
