Looking for a Program!!

    I had a great program on my computer which had a list of all the ROMs out. It also had the ability to filter the ROMs by release area/country and you could create a favourites list as well. I cannot for the LIFE of me remember what it was called and who created it except he had a 3 in his name. It unfortunately got deleted off my computer. Along with everything else on my computer :(
    Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about?!? I miss it so much!
