load rom errcode=-1

    Hi, I've got an r4i v1.4 card and have put the most recent kernel available from www.r4i-sdhc.com but half of my games won't load and come up with the code load rom errcode=-1 please reset system when i try to use them, can anybody tell me why this happens and what I can try to do to rectify this? Thanks in advance!!

    Im also getting the (load rom errcode=-1) message. Does anyone know what this message indicates?

    Try to format your card, you both.

    Reformatting is unlikely to work. Most likely the firmware you're trying to install is not the one for your flash cart.

    I've also had this problem with the correct firmware and it solved it.
