List of known working flashcarts with new 3DS 7.1.0-15 firmware

The latest 3ds new firmware v7.1.0-15 is now available for download, and the new firmware update is mainly for network features, so far from what I've been reading, it doesn’t block flashcards. Here's a list of every known working flashcart with 7.1 update.
