I think RomUlation should have a "Like" button, similar to the Facebook variation, as it would show users that their comment/post/topic et cetera is appreciated
There is a "karma" function these forums can use. However, because people will abuse this function...maybe that is why it's not active. I could have sworn the admins saying they had it once...before I joined.
Besides..we can just pm the user's that interest us/get their msn's. This way they can be proud without having room for abuseive comments (I know what I'd get) or avoid showing how much you been lovedm (and someone might get jelous...) or just remove the right to brag. Another good reason why the post count was removed from forum view.
Not like Rep or Karma, say I posted a reply saying "Yeah, I LOVE Metal Gear Solid", and then, since hYpNoS likes MGS as well, he could click "Like", as in he agrees with what I've said, or he likes what I've said.
Ah...I see. I'd just pm them instead if I like their "status"..the personal txt option. Rating post...Not really much good, and besides, and I seen loonylion say a few times...this is romUlation...not facebook. [me=hYpNoS]has had his facebook like profile suggestions rejected[/me]
What will happen if there is a like button. Someone posts something and people like it then what happens. Nothing so i doubt this is going to happen.
