I literally just got the game Friday, so the Victini event was long gone. Is the event shareable, that once I get my friend code, someone can share it, or must I hack it into a ROM then transfer?
I don't quite remember the mechanics on wondercards in B/W but there should be a share option in Pokesav that you can use on a ROM and then share the event to the legit cartridge. There should also be a Victini Distribution cart that you can use, but this method and the one mentioned above requires two DSes, one legit cartridge and a decent flashcart. Either that or do some fancy .SAV transfers over WiFi using netcat from the legit cartridge to your PC, then edit the stuff using Pokesav, and then transfer it back. I have a tutorial on this, but it was only confirmed working for Pokemon D/P and older. I haven't tested it with B/W since I don't have a legit cartridge for any Pokemon game since D/P.
