Lexmark can't do shit, someone help me with me printer please?

Okay peoples that will reply, i have been through and through with lexmark support, i even let them connect to my computer and do the same goddamn thing 82 times! i've uninstalled/reinstalled drivers, made sure everything needed for printing/wireless printing is enabled in services.msc, and it is connected to me network, i have also tried the 64 BIT version and 32 bit version of the drivers, still no luck...i've tried the outdated ones that came with the printer, and the newest (but still old) drivers from lexmark's support downloads... i still cannot connect to my printer wirelessly to print, only via USB cable, so that's issue 1, for issue 2, i cannot install the OCR driver, which allows me to convert scanned documents to text... i have also asked this same thing on lexmark forums as of 3 weeks ago, no intelligent replies T_T so any help with this would probably be good help...hoping for a few replies by the end of tonight, if not, then by morning.
