expect you've done it now, but i think when your at the entrance of the three broomsticks you make a ladder which leads to the top of the entrance and then you zap the fencing on the opposite side, then make your way up to the roof and block the chimney so everyone comes rushing out and then it will allow you in - don't know about the other stuff though!!
