I remember the Tails Doll curse alright
Used to be absolutely obsessed with it, but no, it isn't real.
Last time I checked playing an old sega racing game did NOT summon an evil murderous doll, neither did playing a song backwards at 3AM (but at that time your probably tired enough to hallucinate).
