Noticed the news from one k3ds usa offical reseller r4depot that k3ds ofical team released their first file about the k3ds product On 27th July,2014, the file is a application that creates OnlineIDs to be read by K3DS. This tool can patch scene dumps to work online. The team told us we can find more information in readme in download and in download section.
