my laptop vets are really blocked up to the point where there is no air blowing out at all so im guessing theirs a blanket of dust inside. i was looking at the insides of my model and it doesn't look like im going to get to the vent very easily since the fan and exhaust vent is blocked away. would just blowing compressed air into the exhaust vet un block it or would i have to do something drastic like dismantle my laptop so i cant pick out the dust bits? also about what size screwdriver do i need?

blow canned air into the fan (the part visable in that picture) aimed in the direction of the vent

I would be careful with a vacuum cleaner. They can and do create static electricity.

TirithRR is right. Don't use a vacuum cleaner inside your computer. Bad idea.
