Laptop screen stays black

    Hi.
    When I boot my laptop the screen stays black. I can still hear the sounds it makes when booting.
    It's a Lenovo G560. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Does your laptop happen to have a port that you can plug another monitor into?

    Your screen might be dead.

    Nvm it's fixed. I still don't know what could've been the problem though.
