Ok so this is really weird. The ^ key and the ´´ key are not working properly all of a sudden. I have to press them like 7 times before they work or more. Now i thought that they broke or something but heres the catch. I changed the regional settings keyboard language to italian and the two buttons work flawlessly. Also in any other language that is not DE aka German, they work perfectly. So the two keys dont work if the regional setting of keyboard is DE aka Germany. What the hell is going on?

OH and its a laptop. So changing keyboard is not an option

Are you pressing the key firmly in the centre every time?

Yes I am. I even press hard on it and it wont work ok. But as I said. With the regional settings changed in another language it WORKS.

Well I was going to say get some compressed air and blast underneath they keys (to remove dust or small debris), but if they are working when you change regional settings then I am at a loss.

Not really, I know quite a few people that have USB keyboards and even a USB mouse on a laptop.

I remember when I first went from a desktop to a laptop it took me forever to get used to the keyboard. Since then I have given it to my wife and I bought another desktop. :p

    Try reinstalling your keyboard drivers.

A USB Mouse is understandable, but meh, I've seen People actually play better in RTS' or FPS' with a Touch Pad?

Oh and does the problem persist if you use British or American Regional?
