i'm trying to buy a laptop so i can bring my games anywhere with me... i found two that fits my budget...
im not trying to make it as my gaming laptop, i'll mostly use it for school... emulate games...
but maybe im going to install a few PC games here and there maybe starcraft II or section 8... i can go with low settings since it'll be just for plain pleasure...

Did yu look with Dell or Hp? These laptops are also very good. Anyway Vista sucks for games and Windows 7 is little bit better for that.

Looks like the LG is clearly better in all categories. If you're worried about Vista being stupid, then you can always put Windows 7 on it later. What's the pricetag on it?

actually im just buying the laptop so i can bring some games with me... im not really making it into a gaming laptop because i already have a good PC at home...

just a question though... if i add maybe 2 more GB ram into the aspire, will it perform better considering it has a crappy video card?

    tnx~

I've supported dells for the last 8 years, they're crap. My dad has used them for the last 20 years and even he says they're crap.
