Language Setting?

    I've downloaded 3765 - Magicians Quest ... (USA) and played it on No$gba but when it load the game is in spanish ??? instead of english. What I want to know is it the rom or emulator problem?
    I've read all of the comment and nobody mention about it not being English? Help!!! This also happens when I was trying to play The Sims 2 and My Sims.
