Lag Spikes

    Hello people of Romulation

    I recently reinstalled Windows and i also received a new network adapter.
    For some reason, I am getting these strange lag spikes.

    Could anyone help me out?

    what is the network adapter you are running right now?
    also what is the windows system you installed?
