Knights in the Nightmare problem

Sorry as I'm still fairly new to this.

I have an R4 Upgrade Revolution and all of my other .nds files run perfectly, however, with 3834 - Knights in the Nightmare it won't save.

For example, I do the tutorials, and play the main story, and it says it's saved after each scene, but when I turn off the DS and turn it back on, the game acts as if it's never been played before.

Any advice?

I re-downloaded the file from a different place, and it seems to be working now.
