Kingdom hearts trouble

    I have a CycloDS. I downloaded the game. I picked story mode, new game, and standerd, then it phases out like it's going to start but it never comes back up. Should I delete it and try downloading it again? Please help, everybody is talking about how great it is and I just can't wait to see for myself!!!
