Hey, is there a Ultimate Weapon in this game? If so, how to get it?
And can you make Roxas Dual Wield Keyblade like the last Mission?
One more thing, can we use the Oblivion or the Oathkeeper keyblade?

There is no 'ultimate weapon'. Personally, the top three keychains (Ultimate Gear +, Pandora Gear + and Zero Gear) can all be used with more or less equal effectiveness. If you're talking about the skill panel Ultima Weapon, you can get it by doing trial missions. You get Trial Symbols for completing those missions, get 255 Symbols and you can get the Ultima Weapon free from the moogle shop.

When you beat the game, you can buy the Zero Gear (Kingdom Key) keychain from the moogle shop. It's the one with the white Nobody symbol. Add three Ability Units (the ones that look like a cross in a circle) to it and Roxas will change to his hooded, dual-wielding form. However, this is only possible in Mission Mode, and even then, the damage is significantly reduced. Roxas will still keep his insanely powerful dual-wielding Limit Break.

For Roxas to single-wield Oathkeeper, add just one Ability Unit to the Zero Gear. Roxas cannot wield Oblivion outside of his dual-wielding form, however, Riku can. Equip the Pandora Gear or Pandora Gear + (the ones that look like a black nut/bolt) keychain and he will wield Oblivion.

Ultima Weapon significantly boosts your attacking power.

Hmm....one last question, what will happen if I use the Zero Gear with all the three abilities in Story Mode?
What keyblade will Roxas use? Is it good?

It will revert back to the original Kingdom Key +, which is basically an upgraded version of your default weapon (without a keychain). However, since each Ability Unit is still supposed to give it one ability each, the Kingdom Key + will also have the abilities Defender (DEF up when low health), Crisis Half (All damage taken cut by half when low health) and Last Reap (Will survive a potential OHKO with just 1HP left). IMO, you're better off equipping Power Units or Sense Units in Story Mode unless you want to spam Limit Breaks without worrying about getting killed.

Just another side detail - two Ability Units will change the keyblade to Serendipitous Pair. It is a decent keyblade with the abilities Defender and Crisis Half and has above average stats.

I'm not sure if we're talking about the same keyblade, it's pretty easy to confuse the two. Oblivion is the black half of the set, with its tooth part in the shape of the kanji for darkness (闇). Oathkeeper is the platinum metal-like white half, with a rainbow tinted tooth in the shape of the kanji for light (光). Roxas can only single-wield Oathkeeper while Riku can only wield Oblivion.

Roxas can dual wield only in mission mode, and the last mission of story mode. That's about it.

Technically speaking, you get equipped with a hidden weapon (unavailable to anyone) on Day 358. This weapon has massive damage on finishers and is generally hugely powerful. This is confirmed if you use AR to use another character in that mission.
