kingdom hearts 358-2 days rom size

I was trying to download kingdom hearts 358-2 days ut it "timed out" I notice both the e and u versions are 197.7 MB - is this unusually big for a nds rom?

 

E and U are relating to the countries--Europe, USA.

Yes, it's rather large.

 

There are a few games that use the 256MB game cart. Kingdom Hearts is one of them. They are a rarity though. Most even big games fit into the 128 cards.

It likely has to do with the voice acting.

It is. But only once you extract it. It's 197MB compressed, 256MB uncompressed.
