Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days Question

    Am I the only one who is having trouble with the download.
    After the screen where you choose what level you want to do, such as Easy, Normal or Hard, the screen turns black and stays on black. Is it supposed to last a long time, or does it go right to the beginning of the game. Please HELP!!!!
