There's a lot of confusing talk about which patches work for what,
and what fixes will work for others. Mostly people talk about their carts,
but if I'm looking to play KH358-2 on a computer emulator, how do I fix it?

I downloaded the patched No$GBA emulator, but that emulator automatically closes after a while for some reason
In addition to that, I'm not sure how reliable the saves are, and I can't change the window size

Is there a way to fix the problems on the No$GBA emulator,
or is there a way to get KH358-2 to work on the iDeaS emulator?

I can't get the game to go past the difficulty screen.

Download the addon No$Zoomer to increase window size. You can find it in the Common Issues thread.

The closing issue may be a problem with your computer, what are the specs of your computer? Processor, RAM, Video Card, Operating System.

Don't forget you need the 2.6a version of No$gba and for No$zoomer use the 2.3.0.2 version.
To get past the black screen you need a file called firmware.bin in your NO$GBA folder.

The specs of my computer are fine, it's a moderately new computer and the emulator runs smoothly
It's just that, after some time, it just closes. There isn't even a window that pops up saying that it closed or why it closed
    It just disappears.

Is there no way to get it to work on iDeaS? :(

Never try it on iDeaS but currently the best DS emulator is NO$GBA, maybe there's something wrong with your NO$GBA setting.

If your computer is moderately new, try Desmume emulator.
