Kingdom hearts 358/2 days and Orks and Elves white screen problem

*sigh* Sorry to start another topic like this (if there are any), but every time I load 358/2 days it goes to a white screen on both screens, and so does Orks&Elves, I've redid my whole card, deleted stuff I didn't want, I've done almost everything. Now My friend told me this may be a anti-piracy problem, if one of you could clarify that I'll look through the tutorials on how to get rid of it. If this is not a anti-piracy problem then could someone enlighten me on what it is and give me a few suggestions on how to get rid of it and make the game work. (All games were downloaded from this website, they were all USA versions and they were all off the North American server.)
