    Bah it lightens up only one of the few problems between those 2 countries.

    Let's see what they're going to do for those nuclear warheads

    Due to its humanitarian and peace-loving policy of North Korea, should the the UN at least resume humanitarian works back to North Korea? I think it was stopped because of Nuclear projects and stop of the Nuclear talks.
