Key Changes

I've noticed something rather strange about the ePSXe. No matter how many times I try I just can't seem to switch the start button from the V key to the enter key. Could somebody please tell me why?

 

Do you currently have Enter mapped to another button?

 

...I will tell you a common error users do...


Other than it might have already been set to something else-YOU NEED TO QUIT OUT AFTER THE NEW SETTING TO MAKE IT STICK!


Yep-I do that often XD

Try this-set the key-go to ok, and just exit out, go back in and double check-that should work...


Or find a cheap dual stick controller...and fumble around with that...


If that doesn't work...well explain what happens, this is a common mistake that some users have/do

 

No, you're misunderstanding me. No matter how many times I hit enter (or anything else for that matter) I still see the default V in the window.

 

The Enter key cannot be assigned to a button in ePSXe's controller configuration. And Hitting "Enter" when you have a selection highlighted restores the default key to that field.

 

Aw man! That's just screwy! Why'd they have to go and make it that way?! *sighs* Alright, thanx.
