Kartia Freezing

    Hey, I'm trying to play Kartia - Word of Fate on my EpsxE 1.7, but on either story the game freezes before the first battle. Has anyone else had this issue, or know how to resolve it? I've downloaded multiple times from multiple places and no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

    What configuration do you use ?
    Try using Pete's OpenGl plugin for the video plugin and set it to default "nice" settings.

    aye, i got the same problem, it is exactly when the girl pulls out some kind of card. And then the game freezes (the BGM still playing though)

    EDIT : hey! whaddaya know! the problem fixed itself if you use epsxe 1.6, i don't know if any other problems will come up though...

    I'm having some problems on Kartia. When the cutscene where Misty would start saying a story to Duran, the BGM continues while the video was still on the same spot.
