Just got my acekard and might need help!!!

Hi fellers, just got my acekards and read this: https://www.romulation.org/forum/index.php?topic=21445.0

but none of the links work. Think I managed to download the acekard firmware and Moonshell from elsewhere but might need help soon.

Okay, got the Moonshell and firmware I think - screenshot below:



Is the acekard file big enough?

Anyway, put it in the DSi, it boots up showing the acekard icon but when I click on it, it says an error has occurred.

Any suggestions welcome please

PS I didn't run Moonshell as I couldn't get any skins and getting the games up and running is priority for my bairns

Further edit, I have just found that my DSis have v1.4 firmware already installed. Does this mean I have to do anything different?

 

Acekard2i has been blocked by Nintendo on Dsi Version 1.14

there is a download/fix to unblock it, which has to be done on a DS/Lite or DSi V1.13 or lower

Don't use moonshell unless you want to play movies, I find it a waste of space.

Tried your link, D/L that file and put it on SD card but still get the error message

You do need to update your card in the first place though . Borrow a NDS Lite from a buddy.

 

got my daughter's with me right now and following that link from Oxo but don't see the driver update for the card.

When I put the acekard in the DSLite that screen doesn't come on so I think the driver must be turned off?

 

when it says driver it means the AKAIO firmware..... its worded a little bit odd.
Get AKAIO 1.6RC1 FIRMWARE set up on your SD card (which is just copying one folder "_aio" & one file akmenu4.nds) and then just copy the required update file which corresponds to the ds that you will use for the update to the root directory of your sd as well.

run that update .nds file....
