Ok I'm pretty new to flashcarts and everything. I just got my Acekard 2 in the mail today and went out to Walmart and bought a 4GB microSDHC card.

I downloaded the AKAIO 1.5 firmware and put that on there along with like 20 Nintendo DS games. Now I heard you can do like Nintendo emulation on the flashcards as well so my question is:

What's the best Nintendo emulator for the Acekard 2 and could you link me to its website, also can you do GBA emulation on it as well or do you need the 3 in 1 slot 2 flashcard thing?

Nintendo? Do you mean SNES and NES? For SNES, you can use SNEmulDS, NES is NesterDS and for GB/GBC, use Goomba for DS, all of them are homebrew and still far from perfect though.
As for GBA emulation yes, you need slot 2 flashcarts for it.

For best results with gba play, use the "ezy 3 in 1 flash card".

Also-there is a few emulators for other systems you may like...

    -NesDS for NES

    -SNEmulDS for SNES

    -Lameboy for gb/gbc

There are other emulators for even the sega mega drive...HOWEVER I shall warn you...

-they are no longer updated as the teams are moving onto different projects

-some are over a year or more old

    -some emulators have incompatibility

(I suggested googling a list for each one, but some examples are, the nes version of ninja gaiden 3 won't display enemies, but you can still get hurt, and the snes emulator is slow on mario kart, can't play mortal kombat 3 at all because of the size, requires the ezy 3 in one for best proformance on f-zero, and can't play games like star fox because it lacks the power to do so)

While it took me a long time to find those list (and now I forgot) I do have a link to where you can download them...

Best get the latest revisions-also the one's I used are infact the best and easiest to use-shove the roms into a rom file near the .nds app and play!

All others I have no clue, got fed up with incompatibility or were annoying to run (one snes "emulator" converts the games into a .nds file-but most games do't work...sadly).
