Trying to update the firmware on my DSTwo. Grab spare M-SD card, add EOS and the updated firmware and swap out the memory cards. Put card in, turn on, start, and about a second after EOS starts the updater pops up. Tell it to update the firmware, wait a bit, finished. Close updater, on plugin selection screen, turn DSi off. Take out flashcard, swap memory card for my game card, put flashcard back in. Turn on DSi, nothing. No game detected. Try again a few times, still nothing. Tis bricked. Don't have a DS/DSL, no other flashcard. How screwed am I? Edit I've already ordered a new card (Acekard 2i), but I'd like to get my DSTwo working again. All I have is a DSi. Now that I think about it, it might not be bricked. I've noticed that one edge of the card is very loose so the card might just have slipped up a bit and isn't being detected. (I've had contact issues in the past with the card, assumed for same reason.) Would it be safe to take the card apart to check and see?
