    I keep hearing a lot about this game but it's in japaneese :(
    I cant find a patch for it but is there one so i would be able to play it?

    Download this ROM, it's prepatched with an english patch. Only the menus are translated, along with mission details.

    so would i be able to understand all of the important parts like moves, characters, menus and rules ?

    Yeah, you'll understand, the game's first few missions are tutorials telling you how the game works.
