I tried the search option, the most recent thread about this was in September of last year, so I figured I'd ask again.
I'm currently using the most recent version of No$gba, and I have tried the common problems thread and I can't figure out what's wrong.
    The game plays fine
    Up to a certain point.
After the first mission, which runs PERFECTLY, it tries to do something and then it comes up with the picture below.
Sorry if I'm beating a dead horse, but has anyone else had this problem?
    Much thanks.
Oh, and Jump Super Stars something very similar. If need be, I'll screen shot how I'm running the game.

Well, do you know what it says or are you just playing it without knowing the language?

Well i think the it say something about failing and Electricity and maybe something about saving since I'm not really good at japanese

    If I may blunt..
Only word I can understand on there is the word in English.
I am completely ignorant to the Japanese language, at least in text.
Here, I've taken a few quick snap shots of what I've got going emulator wise, and what files I have (Although, I don't know how much that'll help - doesn't hurt though)
And for the record, I -have- tried changing the back up media to 512, just in case.

Why dont you just patch the game into the english version.. im sure you will have more fun that way

... As it turns out, I don't believe that will be necessary.
First of all, I don't see why a translator would translate that.
Then again, I may be completely wrong with this assumption.
    Secondly?
I've just had a problem with two different games.
Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney worked fine, so I played that through.
    However!
Phoenix Wright: Justice for All and Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney have failed to save.
Once more, I tried switching the save option as told to do in the must read help thread. I changed it to every single option, not just the one that was suggested, and nothing worked. So... I'm left only to assume that the Jump! Ultimate Stars issue was a save issue. Now, does anyone have any idea as to why this could happen? As you can imagine, I'm starting to get a little frustrated.
    Thanks.
Oh, and on another note, I'm thinking about getting a Flash Cart for my DS... Which might save me from any of this crap in the future. I have the old DS, so if anyone has any ideas as to what's wrong with my emulator, feel free to recommend a good flash cart. Trying to keep the price under eighty, though.

    eighty in what currency?

US Dollars, my apologies for not being specific enough.

That, so far, is something I'm very interested in. It's cheap, and... from what -I- can see from it, it's got some nice features.
But, then again, I'm new to this.

    I'd say get a R4 at gagdet-asia.com/ or dealextreme.com.

The DealExtreme link takes me to another site when I click on their R4 Multimedia Card English Version.
And the Gadget Asia site has $72 which was in my original price range. Unfortunately, things have changed a little.
So, I'm lowering to probably $65 and under. I was looking around the site and I saw N5. What's up with that? And any other recommendations?
    Thanks.

N-cards tend not to be terribly compatible from what I've read on the forum. Can you afford an M3?

... Why, yes. Yes I can. Can I use that on a normal DS though? On Gadget Asia, it's under the DS Lite area...

All flashcarts work on a DS AND a DS Lite, it's probably just labeled under DS Lite because it's the latest DS handheld. If you're still unsure, go to http://www.gbatemp.net/ then reviews. You will find more info on the type of flashcart you want.

Thank you very much, guys. You've been a great help. I've actually managed to get my emulator working correctly, so that'll hold me over until I can get my flash cart!
    Take it easy!
