japanese black 2 white 2 region lock?

Hey i have a question. You cant play japanese DS games on a US 3DS right? So which ones work with import games? Can someone then post a screenshot which DS i need?

 

Yes you can.
Nintendo (3)DS ROMs are not region locked. So no need to get another DS.

 

What about Black / White 2 from japan? Can i play it with a original DS?

 

As stated above yes.
You can play any game (pirated or not) on any DS.

 

What US 3DS lacks is japanese system language option. Games affected by that still play, but can't be set to japanese text mode (which you likely don't read anyway). Sonic Rush Adventure and Sonic Colors are examples. Several Yu-Gi-Oh ones also.
