What's the cheat that gets me past the load error in YSMenu?

 

A DSi Enhanced game, probably is not compatible with your Flashcart.

Update your firmware to the 1.17a12 based ysmenu with the latest infobat, etc.

I've just got the YSMenu firmware that is better than that version of YSmenu featured in that post. What is the fix or code to make it work?

 

There isn't one, yet. You will have to wait for a firmware update.

 

But R4 doesn't get those.

EDIT: If it doesn't work on R4 then it sure as hell shouldn't work on No$GBA but it does. So that means there's a fix, right?

 

No. It doesn't mean there is a fix.
No$GBA plays games that the R4 doesn't without need for patching all the time, especially DSi enhanced games. No$GBA was able to play quite a few without problems.

I would tell you to keep an eye on gbatemp, but I see you are already over there being quite unruly. Might I suggest you calm down a bit before you start getting yourself banned from websites (You haven't displayed the impatience and problems here that you have over there, yet).
