I don't mind screwing over my partitions, because I can just do it again on my laptop. I've been thinking of running Linux on my laptop, but don't know where to start. Help please. I'm running Windows XP service pack 2 32-bit system
You can just use the partition manager in Windows to make a partition for Linux, install Linux on the new partition, and then it will install Grub (boot menu) and you're set.
