The download keeps failing at roughly the same area (near 1.4GB being downloaded) giving an unknown network error. I have tried multiple times now with no luck. Other downloads are working fine for other platforms. Just had a few steam updates go off without an issue. Any ideas?
Use a download managner When downloading huge files. Try downloading again using IDM. Make sure nothing else is using your internet connection in the background, no software updates are running, when you are downloading.
I tried using IDM and it's giving me: "The web site sent a web page instead of a file when IDM requested this second time. Probably this site uses temporary links and does not allow requesting the same address twice. Try to delete this download, then start it again from your browser and, when IDM captures, download it without a stop/pause. Details: HTTP/1.1 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable"
don't click the download link in your browser. Right click it and choose copy, then paste into IDM. What's happening is your browser starts the download, then IDM tries to start it a second time, which our system doesn't allow, since we only allow one connection at a time, and your browser has already reserved your one connection for itself.
