Dell isn't that good... Would go with Hp or Compac, Toshiba and I'm forgetting one...

aside from the fact its dell and you could get the same spec for cheaper elsewhere, its win7 home, which sucks, you want professional. (home does not have full XP compatibility). The 6GB of ram wont all be usable unless the OS is the 64bit version.

Being a dell, the performance will be hindered by poor thermal design and barely adequate cooling systems.

    That's great!
Hp? Compaq? I don't know but, aren't they very bad at making desktops?
Okay, the OS is the 64 bit version.

HP and compaq are the same company, they're fairly good. Toshiba dont make desktops to my knowledge.

XD I've tried to find a pc with better specs for the same price +- unfortunately, I couldn't find one or more. Then I started to search a pc with the same specs. So i've found a HP pc it has exactly the same specs only it had 2 more terabyte, 2 gb more workmemory, wifi and longer guarantee (1 year longer) but it was also 500 euro's (658 dollars = 415 pounds) more expensive. They've both the same videocard but the dell is with 2048mb and the hp with 1792 mb.

Yes they are indeed the same company, I didn't notice. Toshiba doesn't make desktops indeed. Thanks for the help so far.

They don't. but I think their laptops are good had one for quite a few years and had no problems with it until the HDD went out and I replaced it and sold it as I got bored with it the guy I sold it to told me about a month later it had been on of the best laptops he has owned in quite some time. If Toshiba did make desktops I would be in line for one for sure.
