is there something wrong with my DS lite

:-\umm i just recently downloded kingdome hearts 358/2 onto my DS chip thing o.
it goes onto the chip fine from my computer but wen i try and play the game
it doesnt work like the home screen comes up and wen i click story mode like it doesnt load
its a black screen
but wen i download other games there work heaps gud but
but can someone please help me??
is there someting wrong with my DS or my DS chip

im using a DSTT one
and that didnt really help
and i really want to play the game caues i want to find out wat happends next
is there a program that i have download to play on my ds chip
i basicly have the same problem as everybody else. the screen comes up then wen pick the level lke easy/hard/advaned
and u press it a black screen comes up and yer

 

Follow the instructions. Either patch the ROM or update your firmware.

It even lists the DSTT as working with the patch.
