Don't get me wrong winrar works just fine but it keeps telling meI need to go ahead and buy it every forty days or so. Is there any other program I can use or a way I cn get it to stop notifying me about this? I have been uninstalling it and reinstalling it which seems to keep it happy but I'm afraid its going to send a notification to the place saying I'm not buying it.
And just FYI, the "nagging" of WinRAR means nothing. You can ignore it an use it forever. It won't tell on you, won't get you in trouble, etc. It's just there to ask you to support the software maker.
Just adding, although rare, sometimes you get copies that do expire-I had one-but the next one I got never did... No idea why that is...but try winrar first-it does the same as 7zip.
