There's a partially working one, Desmune and No$GBA. Both play some games, but far from all; none of them play the new pokemon games.
um yeah no$gba plays pokemon diamond and pearl because im playing pearl now, no$gba lacks a save feature though

actually it runs 101% inside houses and 101% in battles and it only gets about 80 percent outside its still really laggy but im gonna beat the game this way i guess haha
I really wish I could get mine to run at that speed, stupid pokemon. =/ Guess I'm just stuck with Fire Red.
If you mess around with the playing speeds you can increase speeds up to 20%... Plus i'v heard the game in DS is slow also anyway lol... so we are nearing full speed in emulation (for this particular game anyway... I shall test more O_O)
