    is there any way i can import data from emulated pkmn fr to emulated platinum in order to enter pal park and how can i enter pal park using emulation????

    I guess you are using an emulator, so the answer is simply NO. It isn't possible.

    Not possible yet for GBA Data Migration in emulators sorry. Would be fantastic though.
