Is there an os for the r4 that can play sims 3 but also have music?

    Ok, so I know that you can only have Sims 3 on the os (for the r4 card) Wood r4, but I cant put music on there.... or can I? Is there some os that i can put on my r4 so i have Music AND Sims 3?! Thank you so much!!!
