is there a way to not pay for winrar and still be able to get the rom?

    all the rom that i dl onto my computer and then place onto my r4 chip go black after i reach the game menu for it. For ex. is i choose a save file for KH 358/2 days it just goes black. is this because i have not bought the winrar or is it some other problem?

    Winrar is free. It just asks you to pay for it. But you don't have to.

    The problem is not Winrar or the ROM, the problem is Kingdom Hearts has Anti-Piracy protection in it.
