is there a way to do online play with NO$gba?

    No not yet, in 2.4 (I think), no$gba did have slight wifi support. iDeaS has a wifi plugin which supposedly works, but I can't confirm that.

    oh ok so there's no way i can GBA Link up with someone else?

    Uh no, not with no$gba, but you can try VBALink (Gba emulator), haven't used it for ages.
