is there a program for espex for memory cards

i want to move some saves over but everytime i try to diablo says my new memory card is full how is that possible?

Yes, there is a nice one called Memory Card Manager.

Is there a FAQ for setting up the memory card manager? How do I set i tup so it saves my games when I use epsxe? Yes, I'm lost on this one..lol So far I have it d/l and placed it in my epsxe mem card folder and thats as far as I got.

It's just a stand alone program that can open/modify Memory Card files. Just run the program, open the memory card files, and you can delete/modify/move saves between memory cards. And convert between memory card file types.
